To create a new visit with a client, go to the scheduler tab on the Alaunus app menu. This will take you to your scheduler page. Once there, find and click on the 'new session' icon on the top right corner of the page. 



You will be redirected to the page below.



From here you can fill out all the required information for the new session. To choose the client info. Click on "client" and it will drop down a menu from all the clients to select from. 



Once finished filling out your required information click save. This will save your current information for that session. 




*Note that only employees that offer the same services as needed by the desired patient can be selected.
